For payment methods such as bank transfer or check, you will receive an email with an activation code after payment has been confirmed. Bank transfers are usually processed within 2-3 business days of the transfer being sent. If you paid by check, it may take up to 2 weeks to receive your payment.
When using a payment method such as credit card or PayPal, if you do not receive your Bitdefender code within 30 minutes of a successful transaction, you should do the following:
1. Check all folders in your mailbox, especially spam/spam and promotional emails
This email may have been incorrectly marked as spam. So please check all the folders in your mailbox, especially spam/spam and promotional emails.
If Bitdefender confirms that a message was accidentally marked as spam, select the message marked as spam and click the "Not Spam" button at the top of your inbox.
The email will be unmarked as spam and moved to your inbox.
2. View your Bitdefender order
Unexpected delays may occur during processing. You can track your order and view its status in real time by visiting the "Order Inquiry" section available here. Go to the Card Charged tab, enter the first and last 4 digits of your credit card and the email address used in the transaction, then click Find This Order.
Depending on the status of your online order, do the following:
• If you can't find your order even after debiting your credit card, make sure the email address you entered is valid and matches the email address you used to order. This is to ensure our system can find the order. If the platform cannot find any orders for the data you entered, it is likely that you accidentally entered the wrong email address when purchasing. Please contact our support team to obtain an activation code for your online order.
• If the order is incomplete or pending, please wait a few more hours. Unexpected delays may occur during processing. To protect your system before the code arrives, you can install a trial version of the Bitdefender product you ordered. If you do not receive a verification code after 24 hours, please contact our support team. They will be happy to help you.
• Once your order is complete, click here to get the activation code. Enter the email address associated with the order and click the send access link. You will receive an email with an access link valid for 1 hour. Follow the link and click View Order Details to find the code for your new Bitdefender subscription. This is the 10-digit key on the registration information card.
